摘要
噬藻体是水体微生物群落中的重要活性成分,广泛存在于海洋及淡水环境中,对蓝藻种群结构与多样性以及水生态环境具有重要影响。开展水环境中噬藻体遗传多样性研究将有助于噬藻体资源的开发与利用。从分子生态学角度,论文对噬藻体遗传多样性研究的分子基础与分子标记等进行了综述,并简要概述了相关研究方法的基本概念及其应用状况。从分子生态学与噬藻体多样性研究相结合的层面,对该领域的未来研究进行展望。
Cyanophages are important active components of aquatic microbial communities, and are widespread in both marine and freshwater environments. As a key biological agent, cyanophages exercise a great influence on cyanobacterial population structure, diversity, and aquatic ecological environments. The study on cyanophage diversity in aquatic environments will greatly contribute to the exploitation and utilization of cyanophage resources. The aims of this article are to summarize molecular basis and markers of cyanophage genetic diversity research from the viewpoint of molecular ecology, and to describe the basic concept and application of the related research methods. Furthermore, the combination of molecular ecology and cyanophage diversity research enables us to make some future predictions in this field.
