摘要 以阿尔及利亚55 km铁路甘塔斯长大隧道出口泥灰岩挤压褶皱带施工为背景,针对掌子面易挤出变形坍塌的特殊地质的防治,结合现场施工方法,通过玻璃纤维锚杆加固掌子面后采用全断面液压破碎锤开挖作业,有效避免开挖后掌子面失稳造成的坍塌等灾害发生,施工安全性大大提高;同时全断面开挖能够采用大型机械作业,有效提高施工工效;论证了玻璃纤维锚杆对于高地应力、强膨胀泥灰岩层间挤压褶皱带中的隧道施工具有较好的适应性。 This paper is based on the marlstone compressed fold belts construction,which is located in the exit of long and large tunnel of 55 km Ganntas Railway in Algeria. It is specific to the prevention and treatment for the extrusion,deformation and collapse of cutting face resulted from the special geology. Combined with the site construction methods of adopting full face excavation by hydraulic breaker after the reinforcement to the cutting face through glass fiber anchor,it prevents the collapse caused by the unstable cutting face after excavation and greatly improves the construction safety. Meanwhile,the construction efficiency is greatly improved by using large machinery for the full face excavation. It is demonstrated that the good adaptation of glass fiber bolts to the tunnel construction in high crustal stress,fold belts between strong expanding marlstone layers.
