摘要 针对富水粉细砂地层中土压平衡盾构施工的难点,对使用大开口率辐条式刀盘盾构机施工进行分析,提出了以盾构施工参数和土体改良为核心的施工方案,对粉细砂地层中盾构施工可能出现的砂土液化进行了有效的防治,减小了地面的沉降,确保了该地层中盾构施工的安全进行。 Aiming at the difficulty in water-rich silty fine sand stratum of earth pressure balance shield construction,through the analysis of shield machine construction using large opening rate spoked cutter head,this paper proposes a construction scheme which takes improving the construction parameters of shield tunneling and soil mass as the core. Through effective prevention and treatment on sand liquefaction in silty fine sand layers' shield construction,the ground settlement is reduced and the safety of shield construction in the stratum is ensured.
