摘要
苏州火车站钢桁架屋盖结构设计中,在支座处以及部分相交节点位置采用了铸钢件节点。铸钢件节点材质与屋盖主桁架材质不同给施工带来一定的难度,为降低不同钢材焊接难度,施工中采用在铸钢节点管口外设置过渡段的方式。施工过程中采取了一系列措施保证了铸钢节点与过渡段钢管的定位、装配、焊接等施工质量,实现了预期的效果。
During the design of steel truss roof structure in Suzhou Railway Station, cast steel nodes were applied in the pedestal and some of the intersection node position. Due to the material of cast steel node is different from that of roof main truss, it would bring a certain difficulty to construction. In order to decrease the welding difficulties of different steels, the method of setting transition section outside the cast steel node tube was adopted during construction. A series of measures were applied in construction to ensure the construction quality of cast steel nodes and the transition section in the forms of steel pipe positioning, assembling and welding. It achieved the expected effect.
