纤维血凝块填塞联合关节镜下FasT-Fix缝合半月板损伤 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价纤维血凝块填塞联合关节镜下Fas T-Fix缝合治疗半月板体部层裂的临床效果。方法对哈尔滨医科大学第二附属医院运动医学科2014年5月至2015年5月收治的14例纤维血凝块填塞联合关节镜下Fas T-Fix缝合半月板体部层裂手术进行临床研究。其中男7例(9侧半月板),女5例(5侧半月板);年龄50-64岁,平均56岁。2例为运动损伤,12例无明显外伤史。14例均有膝关节疼痛、肿胀现象,10例有交锁及打软腿现象。观察术后患者临床效果并进行IKDC评分、Lysholm评分、Tegner评分。结果所有患者均获得随访,平均随访11个月(10-13个月)。患者术前IKDC评分为(37.7±15.4)分,末次随访为(83.1±12.3)分;Lysholm评分术前为(39.9±18.1)分,末次随访为(83.9±13.9)分;Tegner评分术前为(3.1±1.8)分,末次随访为(6.2±2.2)分。末次随访时IKDC评分、Lysholm评分和Tegner评分有明显提高,术前术后比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论纤维血凝块填塞联合关节镜下Fas T-Fix修复半月板体部层裂效果肯定。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fiber blood clot plugging combined with arthroscopic Fas T-Fix suture in the treatment of the tear of the body of the meniscus. Methods The clinical study of the effect of fiber blood clot plugging combineing with Fast-Fix suture under arthroscopy in the treatment of the tear of the body of the meniscus was performed in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from May 2014 to May 2015. IKDC score,Lysholm score,Tegner score were recorded on patients. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 11 months( 10 - 13 months). Preoperative IKDC score was( 37. 7 ± 15. 4),and the last follow-up was( 83. 1 ± 12. 3). Lysholm score was( 39. 9 ± 18. 1),the last follow-up was( 83. 9 ± 13. 9). Tegner score was( 3. 1 ± 1. 8),the last follow-up was( 6. 2 ± 2. 2). At the last follow-up,the IKDC score,Lysholm score and Tegner score were significantly improved. The difference of preoperation and postoperation was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of fiber blood clot plugging combined with arthroscopic Fas T-Fix was good in treatment of menicus body tear.
