摘要 目的总结应用半腱肌腱重建内侧髌股韧带治疗复发性髌骨脱位的临床应用结果。方法 2006年9月至2013年5月,对12例复发性髌骨脱位采用半腱肌腱重建内侧髌股韧带联合关节囊外侧松解和内侧紧缩治疗。其中男8例,女4例;年龄17-36岁,平均22.6岁。单侧10例,双侧2例。左膝8侧,右膝6侧。结果术后随访时间13个月-5年,平均2.5年。术后恢复率根据Baily膝关节功能恢复评定标准进行评定。本组良好9例,较好3例。没有发生与该项技术操作相关的并发症,取得了满意的治疗效果。结论应用半腱肌腱重建内侧髌股韧带联合关节囊外侧松解和内侧紧缩适宜治疗复发性髌骨脱位,是一种简单、安全的手术方法。 Objective To summarize clinical application result of reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament for recurrent patellar dislocation by the semitendinosus tendon. Methods From September 2006 to May 2013,12 patients( 8men,4 women) with recurrent patellar dislocation were treated by reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament with the semitendinosus tendon and combination lateral release and the medial placation of the joint capsular. They ranged in age from17 to 36 years( mean,22. 6 years). The dislocation of the patellar were located at left knee in eight patient,right in six. Ten patients were unilateral knee and two bilateral. Results Follow-up period ranged from 13 months to 5 years postoperatively( mean,2. 5 years). The recovery results was calculated with Baily scores of the knee joint function recovery. Good and fair results were achieved in 9 and 3 patients,respectively,No apparent complications related to the technique. Satisfactory clinical results were obtained in this series. Conclusion The reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament with the semitendinosus tendon and combination lateral release and the medial placation of the joint capsular may be particularly useful in the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocation. This is a simple and safe surgical technique.
