摘要
目前用于梭织物连续式生产的退浆、煮练、漂白汽蒸箱和还原蒸箱的进布口多采用汽封口形式,与液封口形式比较有带液量少、用汽省、车速快等优点。本文从蒸箱汽封口的汽封原理、汽封理论计算、汽封口结构特点、使用效果比较等方面探讨其节能效果。
At present, desizing, scouring, bleaching and reduction steamers are equipped with the steam sealing form for continuous production of woven fabric. Compared with liquid sealing, steam sealing has the advantages of less liquid and steam using, fast speed, etc. This article discussed the effect of energysaving effect of steam sealing fi'om the view of its principle, calculation theory, structure characteristics and comparison on using effect.
