MCIMX6Q6AVT10AC芯片是飞思卡尔公司i.MX6Q系列的一款高性能CPU芯片,它具有4个ARM Cortex-A9内核,运行频率高达1.2 GHz,接口丰富,集成度高。文章介绍了MCIMX6Q6AVT10AC芯片的功能,并基于该芯片设计出一款高性能高可靠性的通用处理模块,详细描述了通用处理模块的设计思路、框图及关键电路设计等几个主要部分,关键电路设计又着重介绍了电源设计方案和DDR3存储器设计方案,然后展示了通用处理模块的设计效果,介绍了通用处理模块的特性和应用场景,最后对设计意义做了总结。
MCIMX6Q6AVT10AC chip is a high-performance product of i.MX6Q series, and it has four ARM Cortex-/kq MPCores with operating frequency up to 1.2GHz, abundant interfaces and high integrity. This paper introduces the functions of MCIMX6Q6AVT10AC chip, and designs one kind of universal processor module with high performance and high reliability based on the MCIMX6Q6AVT10AC. The main parts of universal processor module are described in detail, such as design idea, block diagram and key circuit design. For key circuit design, the power supply and DDR3 SRAM design schemes are introduced in derail. This paper presents the design effect and introduces its characteristics and application scene of universal processor module. The design significance is sunmaarized.
