摘要
采用原位聚合法合成了一种用于沥青自修复的微胶囊;脲醛树脂为壁材、环氧树脂为芯材。采用微胶囊对基质石油沥青进行了改性研究,添加量对石油沥青的软化点、针入度以及延度产生了不同影响,但影响较小,沥青性能仍符合相关技术要求;采用自愈合延度试验研究了沥青添加微胶囊前后,在不同温度、不同修复时间下的自修复效果。结果表明,微胶囊的加入,有效地提升了石油沥青的自愈合效率。
The in- situ polymerization method for the synthesis of the microcapsules from asphalt repair;urea-formaldehyde resin as wall material and epoxy resin as a core material. Microencapsulation of the matrix modification of bitumen were added amount of asphalt softening point,penetration and ductility had a different impact,but the impact is small,asphalt properties are still in line with the relevant technical requirements;self healing Experimental study before and after the extension of the asphalt added microcapsules at different temperatures,different self-healing effect of time under repair. The results showed that the microcapsules is added,effectively improve the efficiency of self-healing petroleum asphalt.
