本文以山区高速公路永吉高速公路工程为例,以项目环境监理任务和原则为基础,结合项目工程概况,制定了项目环境监测方案,包括:监理模式和范围、监理工作制度与监理程序。开展了针对主要环境影响的工程内容环境监理与管理工作的研究,并最终给出结论与建议。

The paper sets Yong Ji highway project in mountainous area as an example, through based on the project environmental supervision and the principles,and combined with the project general situation,develops the project environmental monitoring program including supervision mode and scope,the supervision system and supervision program,in view of the main environmental impact,conducts of the study of the environmental supervision and management work,and finally gives the conclusion and suggestion.
