宜生贮康等添加剂对甘南地区紫花苜蓿青贮品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究宜生贮康等添加剂对甘南地区紫花苜蓿青贮品质的影响,试验设置了宜生贮康、盐、玉米面、丙酸钙共4种添加剂,3个处理组对紫花苜蓿进行青贮。结果表明:经宜生贮康等不同添加剂处理的紫花苜蓿,发酵品质均有不同程度的影响,都在一定程度上影响紫花苜蓿青贮饲料中乳酸菌的生长。同时,使饲料中粗脂肪含量较苜蓿干草显著增加(P<0.01)。青贮饲料中钙含量也较苜蓿干草有所增加(P<0.05)。各处理组青贮饲料感官评定均能达到优质青贮品质标准,其中宜生贮康+盐组综合得点最高,显著提高了紫花苜蓿发酵品质,其次是丙酸钙组,宜生贮康+玉米面组综合得点略差一点。 In order to study the impact of Sila-mix additives on the silage Alfalfa quality in Gannan region,a total of four kinds of additives,including Sila-mix,salt,cornmeal and calcium propionate,were selected,and three treatment groups were designed in every additives and made on silage alfalfa.The results showed that the fermentation quality of alfalfa treated by sila-mix and other different additives was impacted in some degrees,and these additives also affect the growth of silage Alfalfa lactobacillus in a certain degree.At the same time,the feed fat content of silage Alfalfa had a significantly increased than that of alfalfa hay(P〈0.01),and the calcium content of Silage had also significantly increased than that of alfalfa hay(P〈0.05).The silage sensory evaluation could reach high silage quality standards in each treatment group,and sila-mix + salt group has the highest comprehensives point,which improved the fermentation quality of alfalfa significantly,followed by calcium propionate group,and sila-mix + cornmeal group comprehensive set point slightly worse.
