“喜得孕”对提高母牛受胎率的影响

Effect of Serum Gonadotrophin and Chorionic Gonadotrophin for Injection on Improving Cow Conception Rate

[目的]为了进一步提高母牛的繁殖率,[方法]我们选择康美公司饲养的122头经产母牛和康乐县德隆公司饲养的100头青年母牛作为本次试验的对象,用"喜得孕"产品(苏州市苏牧动物药业有限公司出品)处理,进行母牛同期发情和受孕情况的效果观察。实验[结果]表明,用"喜得孕"(注射用血促性素、绒促性素)产品处理牛群,牛群同期发情率达到100%,受胎率达到76.1%,[结论]说明"喜得孕"产品做了母牛同期发情效果显著。

【Objective】The aim of this study was to improve the cow reproduction rate.【Method】A total of 122 multiparous cows raised in Kangmei Co.and 100 young cows raised in Kangle Delong company were selected as experimental subjects which were treated with Serum Gonadotrophin and Chorionic Gonadotrophin for Injection product（Suzhou Su Mu animal pharmaceutical limited company）.Then,the effect of synchronization estrus and pregnancy were observed.【Result】The experimental results showed that cow estrus synchronization rate had reached 100%,and the conception rate was 76.1% by using this product.【Conclusion】It had a significant effect to use serum gonadotrophin and chorionic gonadotrophin for injection product.
