尼龙袋法比较水牛与娟姗牛对象草消化能力的差异 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]水牛与娟姗牛是适宜于炎热地区的两种重要乳用牛品种,但二者瘤胃粗饲料的消化能力尚存在争议。[方法]本试验采用安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的水牛3头和娟姗牛1头,在饲喂相同量的精料,粗料自由采食的条件下,采用尼龙袋法比较研究了象草在水牛和娟姗牛瘤胃内消化能力差异。于晨饲前将尼龙袋分别放入水牛和娟姗牛的瘤胃内,在0,2,4,6,12,24,48,72h取样,测定不同消化时间点样品的干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(NDF)和粗蛋白质(CP),并进行瘤胃尼龙袋各营养成分降解参数的拟合,娟姗牛试验分三期进行。[结果]表明水牛对象草DM、NDF、CP和ADF降解参数中的快速降解部分和慢速降解部分均显著高于娟姗牛(P<0.05),水牛对象草DM、NDF和ADF的瘤胃有效降解率均高于娟姗牛,其中以ADF差异达到显著(P<0.05)。[结论]本研究表明水牛对象草干物质和粗纤维的瘤胃半体内(In situ)消化能力高于娟姗牛,但这种差异是否与二者瘤胃自身生理机能有关尚有待研究。 【Objective】Buffalo and Jersey cow are two kinds of species which were widely used as dairy production in hot regions,but their rumen forage digestibility difference still remains controversial.【Method】This study used three rumen fistula buffaloes and one rumen fistula Jersey cow as experimental animal.Concentrate were given at same amount for each of them,but forage was given at Librium.Nylon bag with elephant grass were using to compare the rumen digestibility difference between buffalo and jersey cows.The nylon bags were put into the rumen of buffalo and jersey cow before morning feeding.The samples were taken at 0,2,4,6,12,24,48,72 hafter putting.The dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and crude protein(CP)of samples were measured.The degradation parameters of each nutrient were calculated.And,the experiment was divided into three phases.【Result】The results indicated that fast degradation portion and slow degradation portion of elephant grass about DM,NDF and ADF in buffalos were higher than that of jersey cows(P〈0.05),and the rumen efficient digestibility of elephant grass about DM,NDF and ADF in buffalos were higher than that of jersey cows,among them ADF reached significant difference(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】Our study indicated that buffalos have higher digestibility of dry matter and crude fiber than jersey cows in situ,however,whether the difference is related to rumen physiological function remains to be studied.
