摘要
为了提高大型混匀取料机料耙液压系统的可靠性,提出一种最优化原则,通过对系统进行最优化建模及对多种冗余模型的分析计算,得出了系统的最优化配置。研究结果表明,该最优化方法可有效提高料耙液压系统的可靠性,还可合理减小系统总质量。
In order to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system for large blending reclaimer's material rake,an optimization principle was presented.By optimization modeling of the system and analytic computation of many kinds of redundant models,the optimized configuration of the system was obtained.The result shows that the optimization method can effectively improve the system reliability on the one hand and reasonably reduce the total weight of the system on the other.
