某医院职工心血管健康状态调查及与尿酸的关系分析

Cardiovascular Health Status Survey and Analysis of the Relationship between Cardiovascular Health Status and Uric Acid for Staff of a Hospital

目的:探讨某医院职工理想的心血管健康状态流行病学情况及与尿酸的相关性。方法:顺序入选进行健康体检的医院职工,通过问卷调查和血液生化检查,了解不同性别人群心血管健康状态的差异,分析尿酸与心血管健康行为及因素间的关系。结果:理想心血管健康行为和因素拥有5(6)项者的女性比例极显著高于男性(P<0.01)。7项健康行为和因素中,体力活动理想者所占比例最低。血尿酸水平与理想心血管健康行为和因素的数量呈显著负相关。结论:女性较男性更接近理想心血管健康状态。拥有理想心血管健康行为和因素可能有助于预防高尿酸血症。

Objective： To investigate the correlation between cardiovascular health epidemiology of medical staff at a hospital and uric acid.Methods： The order of selected healthy hospital staff,through the questionnaire survey and blood biochemical examination,understand people of different sex group cardiovascular health status differences,analysis of the relationship between uric acid and cardiovascular health behavior and factors.Results：The ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors with 5（6） of a proportion of females was significantly higher than that of male（P〈0.01）.Among 7 health behaviors and factors,the proportion of physical activity is the lowest.The number was negatively related to the level of serum uric acid and cardiovascular health behavior and factors.Conclusion： Women are more close to the ideal cardiovascular health status than men.Having an ideal cardiovascular health behavior and factors may help to prevent hyperuricemia.
