乳核内消液辅助乳腺癌术后化疗对患者临床疗效、生活质量的影响

Effects of Ruheneixiao Liquid Assisted Breast Cancer Postoperative Chemotherapy on Patients with Clinical Effect and Quality of Life

目的:探讨乳核内消液辅助乳腺癌手术后化疗对患者疗效、化疗毒副作用及生存质量的影响。方法:107例乳腺癌术后实施化疗的患者分为试验组和对照组,各53例,两组患者均与乳腺癌手术后化疗,试验组同时采用乳核内消液进行辅助治疗,观察两组预后、化疗过程中的毒副作用及随访期间的生存质量差异。结果:两组3年生存率、5年生存率、5年生存中位时间比较差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组血液系统毒性发生率、心脏毒性发生率均显著低于照组(P<0.05)。试验组躯体功能评分、认知功能评分、情绪功能评分均显著的高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组疲劳症状评分、恶心及呕吐评分、疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳核内消液辅助乳腺癌手术后化疗对患者的远期预后影响作用尚不明显,但对患者的毒副反应及生存质量改善具有积极作用。

Objective： To discuss ruheneixiao liquid assisted after breast cancer surgery chemotherapy of patients,chemotherapy side effects and quality of life influence.Methods： 107 patients with breast cancer after operation implementation in chemotherapy patients were divided into test group and control group,53 cases in each,two groups of patients were with chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery,experimental group at the same time,the nucleus eliminating liquid adjuvant therapy,observe differences in the quality of life during the toxic and side effects and follow-up in the course of chemotherapy and the prognosis of the two groups.Results： The groups of two,3 year survival rate,5 year survival rate,5 year survival time comparison difference were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the experimental group,the incidence of toxicity and the incidence of cardiac toxicity were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Test group physical function score,cognitive function score,emotional functioning ratings were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）; test group,fatigue symptom score,nausea and vomiting,pain score were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Nucleus eliminating liquid assisted surgery for breast cancer after chemotherapy for patients with long-term prognosis effect is not obvious,but toxicity and quality of life of the patients improved plays a positive role.
