临床护理路径在急性脑梗死患者中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨临床护理路径在急性脑梗死中的应用价值。方法:118例急性脑梗死的患者,随机分为实验组、对照组,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取临床护理路径,对比两组临床护理干预效果。结果:临床护理干预后,住院时间实验组明显低于对照组,住院满意度实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);Barthel指数评分比较:护理干预前,两组无明显差异(P>0.05),护理干预后,实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取临床护理路径,急性脑梗死患者可缩短住院时间,提高护理工作满意度。

Objective： To explore the application value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods： 118 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group took routine nursing,the experimental group adopted clinical nursing pathway,and compared the effect of the two groups of clinical nursing intervention.Results：The clinical nursing intervention and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,inpatient satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）; Barthel index score： before nursing intervention,two groups no significant difference（P〈0.05）,nursing intervention,the experimental group significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Taking the clinical nursing path,patients with acute cerebral infarction can shorten the length of stay and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
