“广东网球发烧友”体育社团的个案研究

A case study of Guangdong Tennis Fanciers as a sports association

对广州市的草根体育社团——"广东网球发烧友"进行调查研究,调查结果认为该社团具有活动内容丰富、影响力大、自身造血能力强等优势,但存在组织管理松散、成员流失严重、资金来源渠道窄等困境。提出的建议包括政府部门要加大对草根体育社团的政策支持力度;社团及时完善规章制度与管理结构;吸纳各行业专门人才;拓展资金来源;明确社团发展路线。

The authors investigated and studied Guangdong Tennis Fanciers, a grassroots sports association, concluded that this association had such advantages as diversified activities, big influences and stronger self development ability, but also faced such dilemmas as loose organization management, serious member loss and narrow channels of found sources, and put forward the following proposals： the government departments should increase their support for grassroots sports associations; the associations should perfect their rules and regulations as well as management structures in a timely fashion,; recruit professionals of various industries; expand fund sources; specify association development course.
