中国女性参政问题探析

A Probe into Chinese Female's Participation in Politics

女性参政是当今世界女性发展的一个重要标志。从我国女性参政基本现状来看,女性充分参政的进程依然较为缓慢,究其原因,体制机制、传统文化和社会观念、女性自身等方面的不利因素限制了女性的平等参政。按照女性参政的三维要素分析模型,女性参政要正确处理好社会、家庭和个人三个要素之间的关系。进一步推进我国女性进步与发展事业必须从组织层面、社会层面、家庭层面和个人层面等四个层面着手努力。

It is well-known that female participation in politics is an significant symbol of female development in the world. From the basic status of female participation in politics in China, the progress of female full political participation tends to relatively slow. The reasons include such adverse factors as system and mechanism, traditional culture, social concept and women＇s own aspects which restrict female political participation equally. Female participation in politics have to handle correctly three elements among society, households and individuals based on 3-dimentional element analysis of female political participation. Therefore, it is extremely important to work hard on such four levels as organization, society, household and individuals in order to push forward the progress and development of female political participation in China.
