Factors Influencing Surface Quality of Pre-stressed Steel Strand

针对钢绞线在生产和运输过程中出现的表面生锈、划伤、包装破损等质量问题,分析出其影响因素包括盘条表面质量、盘条表面处理工序工艺参数、设备工件、包装方式、存储环境等。通过控制原、辅料质量,表面处理、钢丝拉拔、钢绞线捻制过程生产工艺参数,加强设备维护保养,对钢绞线喷涂防锈油、改进包装方式等措施,提高了钢绞线表面质量,满足了客户对钢绞线表面质量的生产要求。

Aiming at the quality problems of surface rust, scratch, damaged packaging in the process of theproduction and transportation of steel strand, the author analyzes and determines the influencing factorsinclude the surface quality of wire rod, the process parameter in wire rod surface treatment process,equipment and work piece, packing method, storage environment and so on. Measures were taken ofcontrolling the quality of raw material and auxiliary material and process parameters of surface treatment,wire drawing and strand spinning processes, strengthening equipment maintenance, spraying anti--rust oil onsteel strand and improving packing method to improve the surface quality of steel strand and meet theproduction requirements by the customer on steel strand surface quality.
