介绍了预应力分公司对工业循环水系统进行节能改造过程。在满足工况不变的条件下,通过更换水泵及电机和优化管路的方式,使水泵节电率达到60%以上,提高了水系统的稳定性,达到了节能降耗、降低企业生产成本的目的。
The process of energy saving modification on circulation industry water system at Pre-stressingSubsidiary is introduced. With working conditions unchanged, water pumps and motors were exchanged andthe pipeline was optimized, bringing the power saving rate of water pump to more than 60%, improving thestability of water system, and achieving the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption and loweringenterprise production cost.
