孕产妇孕期营养调查

摘要 目的 调查孕妇孕期营养知识状况,探讨营养水平结构与妊娠结局关系.方法 随机选取2013 年1 月-2013 年5 月在我院住院分娩的孕妇454 例,利用营养调查表了解其营养知识及行为现状,并对调查者的妊娠结局(孕周、分娩方式、产后出血、新生儿体重及Apgar评分)进行统计学分析.结果 (1)孕前肥胖孕妇孕期体重增加最少(P〈0.05),但新生儿体重最大(P〈0.05);(2)剖宫产分娩及经阴分娩的新生儿体重无明显差别(P〉0.05),但前组孕妇体重高于后者(P〈0.05);(3)随着学历增加,了解并接受过孕期体重控制和营养指导的孕妇比例有不同程度的增加.结论 孕前肥胖及孕期体重增加过多与不良妊娠结局有关,应进一步加强对孕妇的孕期营养指导. Objective to investigate the pregnant woman nutrition status during pregnancy,and discusse relationship between nutrition structureand pregnancy outcomes. Methods 454 pregnant women delivery in Jinan central hospital were selected randomly from January 2013 to May 2013,nutritional status questionnaire was designed to understand the subjects’nutrition knowledge and behavior, and the pregnancy outcomes such as gestationalage, delivery methods, postpartum hemorrhage and newborn weight,and Apgar score were analyzed statistically. Results although weight gain in obesepregnant women group was less than that in another group(P〈 0.05), the fetal birth weight in the group was more than that in another group(P 〈0.05);thereis no significant difference for neonatal weight in Cesarean section delivery group and vaginal delivery group (P〉0.05),but the former group of pregnantwomen weight is higher than the latter (P〈0.05);the women with higher education more easily understand and accept weight control and nutritionalguidance during pregnancy. Conclusion adverse pregnancy outcomes were related with pregnancy obesity and excessive weight gain during pregnancy,nutritional guidance during pregnancy should be strengthened in pregnant women.
