TCRE与RFAE治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床对比分析

目的 探讨微创RFAE（Radiofrequency Ablation Of Endometrium）和TCRE（transcervical resection of endometrium ）治疗功血的临床疗效.方法 选择2007 年1 月至2012 年12 月在我院因难治性功血行微创手术的88 例患者,分为RFAE 组患者42 例作为A 组,TCRE 组46 例作为B 组.对两组术中出血、手术时间、术中术后并发症,手术治疗效果及手术满意度调查进行对比分析.结果 两组的术后排液天数无明显的差异（P〉0.05）;而两组手术时间、术中出血、手术疗效及手术满意度具有明显差异（P〈0.05）.结论 RFAE 可以作为微创手术中治疗功血的首选方法.

Objective To study the best ways of minimal invasive surgery RFAE and TCRE on dysfunctional uterine bleeding（DUB）.Methods From January 2007 to December 2012,there were 88cases who suffered from dysfunctional uterine bleeding, were divided into two groups Atotal of 46 cases were treated by RFAE as the A group,42 cases were treated by TCRE as the B group instead. The mean operative time, mean blood loss,and operative effect were retrospectively assessed. Contrastive analysis of the operation situation, post-operative complications and surgery satisfactionbetween the two groups. Results The were no obvious differences on the post-operative complications. But there were obvious differences on the surgerytime , surgery effect, and degree of the satisfaction. Conclusion RFAE maybe the best way as a minimal invasive surgery on the dysfunctional uterinebleeding.
