耳穴贴压联合中药离子导入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（气虚血瘀型）的临床观察

Auricular application pressure combined Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment of diabetic retinopathy （qideficiency and blood stasis type） of clinical observation

目的 观察耳穴贴压联合中药离子导入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（气虚血瘀型）的临床疗效.方法 80 例均确诊为糖尿病视网膜病变的患者随机分成实验组与对照组.实验组给予耳穴贴压肝、脾、内分泌、耳迷走神经反射点、眼,两耳交替,每周3 次,14 天为一疗程.配合中药离子导入,每次20 分钟,14 天为一疗程;对照组给予和血明目片5 片一天三次,两组均14 天为一疗程.结果 实验组总有效率为85%,对照组总有效率为60%.结论 耳穴贴压联合中药离子导入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（气虚血瘀型）改善患者症状,疗效显著.

Objective to observe the auricular application pressure combined Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment of diabeticretinopathy （qi deficiency and blood stasis type） of clinical efficacy. Methods 80 cases are diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy patients randomlydivided into experimental group and control group. Experimental auricular application pressure of liver, spleen, endocrine, ear the vagus nerve reflexpoint, eyes, ears, three times a week, 14 days for a course of treatment. Cooperate with Chinese medicine iontophoresis, 20 minutes at a time, 14 daysfor a period of treatment; Control group to give blood and improving eyesight 5 pills three times a day, two groups have 14 days for a course oftreatment. Results the total effective rate was 85%, control group total effective rate was 60%. Conclusion the auricular application pressurecombined Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment of diabetic retinopathy （qi deficiency and blood stasis type） to improve the patients＇ symptoms,curative effect is remarkable.
