喀什地区“无名氏”颅脑外伤病人的救治管理

Kashi Prefecture ＂Anonymous＂ treatment of traumatic brain injury patient management

目的 分析并总结救治“无名氏”病人过程中所面临的诊治难题、伦理困境、病人身份的确定以及医院和民政部门的手续办理等问题.方法 回顾性分析2011 年1 月至2015 年12 月喀什地区四家医院收治的30 例“无名氏”患者临床资料,分析病因、临床特点、抢救方式及效果,分析的基础上,经过积累和归纳丰富的临床和实际操作经验,提出了相应的对策与建议.结果 交通事故、治安事件、突发心脑血管病入院等是“无名氏”患者的主要受伤原因,其中从外来的农民工占绝大部分,本组资料中“无名氏”患者的死亡率为13.33%,致残率为50.00%,病死率及致残率极高.结论 增强人们自身安全意识、提高医护人员素质及关爱意识、完善医院相应的抢救制度、加强与政府及公安民政等部门的广泛合作、呼吁社会各界支持救治无名氏病人和创建扶持无名氏病人的公开平台等是降低病死率及致残率的关键.

Objective To analyze and summarize the treatment of ＂Anonymous＂ patient diagnosis and treatment process of facing challenges,ethical dilemmas, as well as procedures to determine the civil affairs department of the hospital and the identity of the patient to handle such issues.Methods A retrospective analysis of 140 cases from January 2011 to December 2015 in Kashi Prefecture four hospitals admitted ＂Anonymous＂ Basicclinical data, analyze the etiology, clinical features, rescue mode and effects analysis, through the accumulation and induction a wealth of clinical andpractical experience, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Results traffic accidents, security incidents, sudden cardiovasculardiseases are the main cause of injury hospitalization in patients with ＂Anonymous,＂ which accounted for the vast majority of foreign migrant workers, thisgroup ＂Anonymous＂ patient mortality rate was 13.33% morbidity was 50.00%, high mortality and morbidity. Conclusion to enhance people＇s own safetyawareness, improve health care quality and care awareness, improve the hospital respective rescue system, strengthen extensive cooperation with thegovernment and public security and civil affairs departments, and called on the community to support the treatment of anonymous patient and creating anenabling anonymous patient＇s open platform and so is the key to reducing mortality and morbidity.
