摘要
针对高温油藏泡沫排水采气工艺中"气井积液"无法解决的问题,研制了一种新型的实用性抗温泡排棒。以泡沫体积和泡沫半衰期为指标,筛选市场10种常用起泡剂和2种稳泡剂,得到起泡性能优质的CKD(粉末椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱)以及稳泡效果较好的WS(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠),同时向0.3%CKD中添加0.2%WS,能够明显提升泡沫半衰期。向复配试剂中添加2%黏土,抗温可达到320℃。在高压作用下按照26%尿素+13%氯化钠+1%聚乙二醇+0.30%CKD+0.20%WS+2%黏土比例压缩成棒体结构即LN-1泡排棒。现场应用表明,日产气由试验前的0.3×104 m3/d,上升到4.2×104 m3/d左右,携液率由试验前的6.7%上升到52%,达到预期效果。
A new type of practical anti-temperature foam drainage stick was developed to solve the problem of gas well effusion in the foam drainage gas recovery process in high temperature reservoir.With foam volume and half foam life period as the index,ten kinds of common foaming agent and two kinds of foam stabilizer were screened to get cocamido propyl betaine(CKD)with good foaming performance and sodium alcohol ether sulphate(WS)with good foam stabilizing effect eventually.When 0.2%WS was added into 0.3%CKD,its half foam life period was improved obviously.After that,2%clay was added to the mixed reagent so that its temperature resistance could reach to 320 ℃.Under the effect of high pressure,LN-1foam drainage stick was prepared by compressing these substances according to the ratio of 26% Urea,13% NaCl,1% PEG,0.30% CKD,0.20%WS and2%Clay.Field application indicates that daily gas production went up from 0.3×104 m3·d-1 to about 4.2×104 m3·d-1 and liquid carrying rate increased from 6.7%to 52%.It turns out that this sequence is exactly what we want.
