摘要
鉴于轻质铝合金材料在航天领域的重要作用,综述分析了国内外新型铝锂、铝钪合金材料的研发、供货能力和在载人密封舱结构上的应用情况,同国外相比,我国新型铝合金在材料研发、工业化生产、焊接工艺等方面还存在较大差距,很难适应当前航天工业快速发展的需要。在综述分析的基础上,结合我国载人航天工程的发展需求,分析了新型铝合金在我国航天器密封舱结构上应用的前景,并对未来的发展与应用提出了展望与建议。
For the widely use of lightweight materials in spacecraft,the research,application and jointing method of aluminum alloy were analyzed. There is a large gap in China as compared with abroad,which greatly hinders the development of aerospace industry. Finally,the potential applications and prospects of the new aluminum alloy in spacecraft pressurized cabin were analyzed based on the requirements of China's manned space program.
