评价盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及安全性

Evaluation of clinical effect and safety of minocycline combined with metronidazole file on chronic periodontitis

目的评价盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取本院自2012年3月至2014年12月期间收治的慢性牙周炎患者200例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用甲硝唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗后有效率,牙周组织改善情况以及药物的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的93.0%,有统计学差异（χ^2=2.909,P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度较治疗前均降低（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后的牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度等指标低于对照组,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎治疗效果更为显著,还能改善牙周组织,不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of minocycline combined with metronidazole file on chronic periodontitis. Methods From March 2012 to December 2014, 200 patients with chronic periodontitis in hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases each group. The control group treated with minocycline, observation group treated with metronidazole on the base of the control group. Compared the effect, the improvement of periodontal tissue, adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%, higher than the control group 93.0%, with a significant difference（χ2=2.909, P〈0.05）; After treatment, gingival index, plaque index, pocket depth were lower; gingival index, plaque index, pocket depth and other indicators were lower than the control group after treatment, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）; and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with metronidazole treatment for chronic periodontitis is more effective, and also can improve the periodontal tissue, do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
