摘要
Rap1是一种GTP酶蛋白,调控恶性肿瘤细胞迁移、侵袭、远处转移等多种信号通路,包括Rap1A和Rap1B两种亚型。近年研究表明,Rap1在口腔鳞状细胞癌、乳头状甲状腺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌和宫颈癌等恶性肿瘤中均显著过表达,在多种信号通路中起分子开关作用,参与肿瘤的发生发展。关于Rap1机制的研究将有利于临床妇科肿瘤的诊治工作,现拟就Rap1的生物学功能及其在妇科恶性肿瘤调控机制作用的研究进展进行综述。
Rap1, a small GTPase, regulates malignant tumor several signal pathways involves in migration, invasion and distant metastasis. Two closely related isoforms of Rap1 exist: Rap1 A and Rap1 B. In recent years, studies have shown that Rap1 is significantly over-expressed in malignant tumor, such as oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, papillary thyroid cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer and cervical cancer. Rap1 affects the occurrence and development of tumor by switching various signaling pathways. The study of various mechanisms of Rap1 will be helpful in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumor. Here was to make a review on the research progress of Rap1 in the biological function and the regulation mechanisms of gynecological malignant tumor.
