Cultivation of Students' Innovative Practical Ability Based on Team Learning

针对高校计算机专业传统教学模式在培养学生创新能力方面的不足,提出以项目为主导的"团队学习"教学模式.详细叙述"团队学习"教学模式的实施过程,并对实施过程中遇到的问题提出对策."团队学习"模式的实践,较好地解决了计算机专业学生分析和解决问题能力不够、创新精神和创新能力不足、团队协作意识不强等问题.

Aiming at the problems of the traditional teaching mode of computer specialty in colleges and universities,the mode of team learning is put forward to develop the students innovation ability. The research and practice of ＂team learning＂ can better improve students~ ability of analyzing and solving problems,their innovative spirit and ability,and their awareness of teamwork.
