煤炭企业提质增效的创新路径

Innovation path to upgrade quality and improve efficiency of coal enterprises

当前我国煤炭市场出现了库存增加、价格大幅度降低、滞销严重等不利情况,面临着严峻的市场挑战。分析了煤炭市场环境下企业现状,并提出新常态下煤炭企业"1214"提质增效新模式,即:明确一个思想,打造两大创新平台,运用一个杠杆,抓好四项重点工作,以促进煤炭企业健康稳定和可持续发展。

At present, there were an inventory increased, price highly reduced, serious unsalable goods and other unfavorable conditions occurred in China coal market. Faced to the severe market challenges, the paper analyzed the enterprise status un- der the environment of the coal market. A new mode of ＂1214＂ was provided to upgrade the quality and to improve the efficiency of the coal enterprise under the new normal state. Thus the mode was to clarify a idea, to make two power assistances, to play the lever and to well conduct four key works in order to promote a health, stable and sustainable development of the coal enterprises.
