摘要
高校毕业生供需结构失衡问题受到社会的持续关注,高校正尝试引入用人单位参与人才培养过程,但目前的应对模式存在交易成本过大、引入的用人单位合作动力不足等困境。基于回溯追踪流程的高校人才培养模式以高校毕业生为纽带,在对人才需求信息全面搜集的基础上,要求提高对人才需求的敏感度、提升教师教育教学质量、建立扁平化互动机制、增强人才培养的适应性、延伸人才培养的周期,形成高校教师、在校学生、毕业生、用人单位四方共赢的人才培养模式。
University graduates' structure imbalance between supply and demand has attracted attention from society. Universities are introducing the employer involved in talent training, but there are difficulties in dealing with the problems such as higher transaction costs, the employing unit lacking of cooperation initiative. This paper collects information on the demand for talent, suggests to improve sensitivity on talent demand, improve teaching quality, build flat interactive mechanism, extends talent training cycle, in order to develop a training mode which benefits university teachers, students, graduates and employers.
