摘要
作为职业教育体系"供给侧"的职业院校,由于办学理念陈旧、办学体制不健全、教学质量不高等问题,难以满足市场的需求,出现"用工荒"现象。构建现代职业教育体系,必须正视并着力解决当前困扰职业教育"供给侧"改革发展的突出问题,拆除体制上不适应现代职业教育发展的藩篱。通过强化基础能力建设,发挥高等职业教育的引领作用,创新管理体制,构建校企合作动力机制,激发职业教育的办学活力,挑起培养中国经济新常态下所需的大批高技能人才的重担。
Due to old education philosophy, deficiency of school system, and lower teaching quality, supply side college is difficult to meet the needs of the market and causes labor shortage phenomenon. To construct modern vocational education system, we should resolve the current problem in supply side reform, strengthen the basic capacity building, innovate management system, construct university-enterprise cooperation mechanism to stimulate the vitality of vocational education and cultivate highly skilled talents in China.
