新疆和田地区中小学控辍保学实施现状及对策分析

Analysis of Dropout Rate Control and Implementation of Schooling Measures in Elementary and Middle Schools in Xinjiang Hetian Area

本文通过实地的调查与访谈,结合实际的案例进行辍学的原因分析,发现家庭因素、学生自身因素及学校因素是影响学生辍学的重要因素,基于此原因提出了减少辍学的对策。

Through on-the-spot investigation and interview, combined with the actual case analysis of the dropout causes, this paper finds out that family factor, students＇ own factors and school factors are important elements influencing students＇ dropout. And based on the survey result, the author puts forward countermeasures to reduce dropout rate.
