摘要
财经类高职的数困生比例逐年递增,在教学过程中如何帮扶数困生已经成为亟待解决的问题。通过调查以及深入的分析研究,笔者得出关于财经类高职数困生转化策略:培养兴趣,激发学习动力;利用学习成败归因理论进行指导;指导学习方法;完善考核评价。
the number of students with Math learning difficulties in financial vocational schools increases year by year, in teaching process, how to help them improve their learning has become a problem to be solved. Through investigation and deep analysis and research, the author draws a conclusion about how to transform students with Math learning difficulties, that are cultivate their interest in math learning; use success or failure attribution theory to guide students; introduce new and effective learning method; and improve the assessment.
