摘要
近年来随着市场的竞争加剧,消费业态趋于多样化,很多企业的销售部门管理架构也发生了很大变化,在众多企业中,很多销售事业部都采用了以市场为核心、以客户为导向、以市场销量为主线的管理方法,强化了市场销售功能,弱化了销售部的管理职能,这种销售管理制度体系目前具有很大的代表性,本文针对销售事业部在管理制度实施创新中出现的有关措施进行汇总探讨,为今后销售管理工作提供借鉴。
In recent years, with the aggravation of the market competition and the diversify of consumer formats, many enterprises sales department management structure has undergone a great changes. In many enterprises, many of the sales division have adopted the method that the market as the core, customer oriented, market sales in the line management, strengthen the function of the sales market, weakening of the administrative function of the sales department. This sales management system has great representation. This paper summarized and discussed the measuring according to the sales department in the management system implementation innovation, to provide a reference for future sales management work.
