浅谈教师制度伦理在师德建设中的构建

Discuss on the Building of Teachers' Institutional Ethics in the Construction of Teachers' Morality

建构良好的教师制度伦理体系能有效推进师德建设,可以从以下四个方面来构建教师制度伦理:按照"以人为本"的理念进行师德制度安排;利用德治和法治相结合推进师德的规范化和法律化;建立和完善师德制度安排的内在伦理机制;构建公平正义的社会制度环境。

Construction of good teacher＇s institutional ethics system can effectively promote the construction of teachers＇ morality. This article provide the ways to build teachers＇ institutional ethics system through 4 aspects：arrange the system in accordance with the ＂people-oriented＂ philosophy; approach the standardization and legalization of teachers＇ morality by using the combination of moral rules and laws; establish and improve the intrinsic mechanism of ethics institutional arrangement; and construct a fair and just social system.
