班主任在教育学生的过程中,既有困惑,也有启迪,交织着苦辣酸甜。我认为做好班主任工作的科学方法是要多一分尊重,多一分理解,多一分宽容,欣赏每一位学生,善待每一位学生。

In the teaching and managing process, all the class teachers have confusion and enlightening. I think the scientific ways to do the management work of class are respect, understand and appreciate every students, treat them equally with patience and concern.
