摘要
课后辅导是教学系统运行的环节之一,是课内教学的辅助、补充形式,有利于教师了解学生情况、沟通师生情感、实行因材施教。因此,教师在数学教学中要重视对学生的课后辅导,采用多种方法提高高中数学课后辅导的效率。
After-school tutoring is one of the links in the teaching system and an effective supplementary form which is beneficial for teachers to understand the students, strengthen communication with them, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Therefore, teachers should pay more attention to Mathematics after-school tutoring,and use a variety of methods to improve the efficiency of it.
