摘要
新课标内容中突出探究应用、注重能力培养,提倡创新能力。而培养学生"提出问题"的能力,既是探究活动的重要环节,也是提高教学效果的关键所在,更是培养学生创新能力的起点。本文从提高学生提出问题能力的在"价值"、"途径"和"注意事项"三个方面论述了在小学数学教学中,怎样才能切实、有效地提高学生提出问题的能力。
New curriculum contents outstand research application, pay attention to the training of ability, promote innovation ability. Cultivation of students "proposed" ability, is an important part of inquiry activity, but also the key to improve the teaching effect. Moreover, it is the start of training students' innovation ability. This paper discussed how to effectively, effectively improve ability of students to raise questions in the elementary school mathematics teaching from the students the ability in the "value", "approach" and "attention matters" three aspects.
