摘要
应用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS、RP-HPLC等色谱技术,从乌拉尔甘草70%乙醇提取物中分离得到14个皂苷类化合物,根据理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构分别为甘草酸(1)、单葡萄糖醛酸基甘草次酸(2)、甘草酸-6'-甲酯(3)、甘草酸-6''-甲酯(4)、甘草酸-6',6''-二甲酯(5)、甘草酸-6''-乙酯(6)、甘草酸-6'-乙酯(7)、甘草酸-6'-正丁酯(8)、甘草酸-6''-正丁酯(9)、甘草酸-6''-甲酯-6'-正丁酯(10)、甘草酸-6'-甲酯-6''-正丁酯(11)、甘草酸-6',6''-二正丁酯(12)、葡萄糖醛酸甲酯甘草次酸(13)、葡萄糖醛酸正丁酯甘草次酸(14)。化合物1,2为天然产物,二者结构在分离过程不稳定,其糖上羧基与甲醇、乙醇、正丁醇等发生酯化反应生成一系列人工产物3-14,其中化合物3,5,6,7,8,9,13,14为新发现的人工产物。
Fourleen saponins were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of the roots of G. uralensis by eolumn ehromatography over maeropornus resin, silica gel, ODS, and RP-HPLC. Their chemical structures were identified as glycyrrhizin (1), glycyrrhizitic ac- id monoglueuronide (2), glycyrrhizin-6'-methyl ester (3), glycyrrhizin-6"-methyl ester (4), glycyrrhizin-6'-6"-dimethyl ester (5), glycyrrhizin-6"-ethyl ester (6), glycyrrhizin-6'-ethyl ester (7), glycyrrhizin-6'-butyl ester(8), glycyrrhizin-6"-butyl ester (9), glycyr- rhizin-6"-methyl ester-6'-butyl ester (10), glycyrrhizin-6'-methyl ester-6"-butyl ester (11), glycyrrhizin-6'-hutyl ester-6"-hutyl ester (12), glycyrrhizitic acid mouoglucuronide methyl ester(13), glycyrrhizitic acid monoglucuronide butyl ester (14) by physicochemi- cal properties and spectral analyses. Apart from two natural products 1 and 2, the compounds 3-14 were artifical products achieved by esterification of methanol, ethanol, n-butanol with carboxyl group of the sugar parts in compound 1 and 2. Compound 3,5,6,7,8,9,13 and 14 were new artificial products reported for the first time.
