目的:建立动态浊度法测定长春西汀注射液中细菌内毒素的含量。方法:依据《中国药典》2010年版二部附录中《细菌内毒素检查法应用指导原则》进行试验。结果:按试验确定的方法进行细菌内毒素检查,样品无干扰,检测结果可靠。结论:建立了可靠的长春西汀注射液细菌内毒素的检测方法-动态浊度法。

Objective： Determination of bacterial endotoxin in Changchun Western Ting injection by dynamic turbidity method. Methods： According to the ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ in 2010 edition of the two appendix, ＂the application of bacterial endotoxin test method of guiding principle＂ for testing.Results： According to the method of test, the bacterial endotoxin test, the sample without inter- ference, the test result is reliable. Conclusion： Detection method of bacterial endotoxin in the Changchun Western Ting injection was established.
