摘要
主要针对于羊绒织物数码涂料印花工艺进行研究。对涂料数码印花工艺中黏合剂的用量及种类进行优化,并且在此基础上采用洗缩预处理、阳离子改性预处理、壳聚糖预处理、稀土预处理等方式对织物进行整理。找出了每种预处理工艺中的最佳工艺处方,并对其印花后的带电性,FT-IR以及成膜性进行对比分析。优化的工艺处方参数对实际生产有一定的指导意义。
The digital paint printing process of cashmere fabric is researched in this paper. The best binder in the digital paint printing process is optimized. The washing shrinkage pretreatment, cationic modification of pretreatment, pretreatment of chitosan, rare earth element (REE) pretreatment are used in processing of fabric finishing. The optimum prescription of each pretreatment process is found out. Finally, charge, FT-IR and film after printing are analyzed and compared. In this paper, the optimization of the process parameters certain significance in actual production.
