武汉城市圈经济辐射机理探析——基于复杂性系统论视角 被引量:2

摘要 在武汉城市圈发展中,因其开放性特征形成耗散结构,将外界媒质作为平衡力量融入系统运行,抵消了因熵的增加而产生的混乱、无序效应,并通过对资金、能源、技术、人才、信息等参序量的引导保持经济运行的非均衡稳定;在各城市经济得到发展的同时,形成新的基础设施循环网络、产业循环网络、市场循环网络、生态循环网络,并作为区域经济发展的催化剂推动系统自身不断完善,实现武汉城市圈发展的超循环模式。未来政策的制定应关注系统耗散结构的活力、系统内非平衡状态的动态稳定性以及相关参序量的正向引导。 In the development of Wuhan City Circle, the dissipative structure is formed by its opening characteristics, which incorporates the external medium to balance the system operation in order to offset the chaos and disorder effects caused by the increase of entropy, and maintains a non balanced and stable economic operation by guiding the parameter order quantity, such as capital, energy, technology, talent, information, etc. At the time when developing economy of every city, we should build new infrastructure cycle network, industrial recycling network, market circulation network and ecological cycle network, and take the networks as a catalyst for regional economic development to promote the system itself constantly improve, so as to achieve the super cycle mode of Wuhan City Circle development. Future policy making should focus on the vitality of dissipa- tive structure system and the dynamic stability of non equilibrium system as well as the positive guidance of correlated parameter order quantity.
