摘要
文章基于295家创新型企业的调查研究,实证检验了区域环境因素对创新型企业素质的影响以及组织学习的中介作用。结果表明:基础设施建设及公共服务对技术素质、管理素质具有显著正向影响,且组织学习在上述关系中起部分中介作用,而基础设施建设及公共服务对人员素质没有直接正向影响,组织学习在其中起完全中介作用;区域商业法制对技术素质、管理素质和人员素质均具有显著正向影响,且组织学习在上述关系中起部分中介作用;区域社会文化对人员素质具有显著正向影响,且组织学习在其中起部分中介作用,而区域社会文化对技术素质、管理素质没有直接正向影响,组织学习在上述关系中起完全中介作用;区域创新网络对技术素质、管理素质和人员素质均没有直接正向影响,组织学习在上述关系中起完全中介作用。
This paper, based on a survey of 295 innovative enterprises in China, makes an empirical test on the impact of re- gional environmental factors on innovative enterprise quality and tile mediating role of organizational learning. The results show that: Infrastructure eonstruction and public service have significant positive impacts on technical and management quali- ty, and organizational learuing plays a partial mediating role in the above relationship. Meanwhile the impacts of infrastructure construction and public service on personnel quality are totally mediated by organizational learning; Regional business legal system has a significant positive impact on technical, management and personnel quality, and organizational learning plays a partial mediating role in the above relationship. Regional social culture has a significant positive impact on personnel quality, and organizational learning plays a partial mediating role in the above relationship. Meanwhile the impacts of technical and management quality are totally mediated by organizational learning; And the impact of regional innovation network on techni- cal, management and personnel quality is totally mediated by organizational learning.
