技术合作对企业创新绩效的影响研究——以我国装备制造业为例

A Study on the Impact of Technical Cooperation on Innovation Performance— Evidence from Equipment Manufacturing Industry in China

文章通过对我国175家装备制造企业的问卷调查,探讨了技术合作对创新绩效的影响。与已有利用二元变量(即技术合作与创新是否存在)来研究二者关系不同的是,文章采用多维度和多标量的方法,更详细地揭示了二者间的关系。研究发现:装备制造企业与学研机构的合作关系对企业创新的作用最大,垂直合作关系的重要性次之,水平合作关系对创新绩效的促进作用也比较重要。最后,针对实证研究提出一些政策建议和研究展望。

Drawing on the survey data of 175 questionnaires in equipment manufacturing industry, this paper discusses the im- pact of technical cooperation on innovative performance. Different from other studies which are based on binary variables （i.e. whether there exist technical cooperation and innovation）, this study applies a multi-dimensional and multi-scalar approach to reveal in more detail the relationship between the two. The empirical study shows that the cooperative relationship with uni- versities and research institutes has the most important impact on equipment manufacturing enterprises＇ innovative perfor- mance, the vertical cooperative relationship ranks the second, and the horizontal cooperative relationship is also more impor- tant. Finally, the paper proposes some policy recommendations and research prospects.
