扎根理论视角下工程创新研究脉络分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Research Venation for Construction Innovation based on Grounded Theory

摘要 工程创新研究涉及多层面、多参与方、多要素,呈现多元化格局。基于扎根理论,从ASCE、WOS等数据库中对国际重要期刊刊载的工程创新相关文献进行了系统梳理,分别从认知、组织、关系和经济4个视角进行了归纳,并对文献提及的未来研究方向进行整合,提出了未来可深化研究的3个主要方向,以期为后续研究提供参考。 The researches of construction innovation refer to multi-level, many stakeholders and elements so that it presents the diversification pattern. Based on grounded theory, we download the articles about construction innovation from some international top journals in the database of ASCE, WOS, Taylor & Francis etc. These articles are identified four perspectives, that is, cognition, organization, relationship and economy four angles of view. Then, the future researches are mainly integrated into three aspects for subsequent reference.
