制造业共性技术研发协同知识链及知识流动模型--模块化协同视角的研究

Research on Collaborative Knowledge Chain and Knowledge Flow Model of Generic Technology R&D of Manufacturing Industry——Based on the Perspective of Modular Coordination

多主体模块化协同是制造业共性技术研发的主流创新模式,协同知识链的运行绩效决定着协同研发绩效和组织竞争能力。构建了共性技术研发模块化协同的过程模型、基于共性技术研发业务流程的模块主体协同知识链模型以及协同知识链的知识流动模型,探讨了协同知识链知识流动的若干运行机理,分析了协同知识链中需要研究的关键技术,以期为我国制造业共性技术研发知识链管理提供借鉴。

Multi agent modular coordination is the main innovation mode of generic technology R＆D of manufacturing industry. The performance of collaborative knowledge chain determines the R＆D performance and the competitiveness of organizations. The process model of modular coordination of generic technology R＆D is constructed. At the same time, the collaborative knowledge chain model of module main body based on generic technology R＆D business process and the knowledge flow model in collaborative knowledge chain are constructed. Some operational mechanism of knowledge flow in collaborative knowledge chain is discussed in this paper. The key technology in collaborative knowledge chain is analyzed. It is expected that this paper will provide some reference for the improvement of the knowledge chain management theory and the practical application of generic technology R＆D of manufacturing industry in China.
