国防工业军民融合水平包括军民融合广度、融合层次、融合深度。构建了国防工业军民融合水平评价指标体系,并通过相关指标权重计算出相应的评价指标值。国防工业军民融合水平受军民融合主体经济效益、军民关系制度安排和军民技术双向转移状况等因素的影响和制约。为了提高国防工业军民融合水平,需提高融合主体的经济效益,完善军民关系制度安排,畅通军民技术双向转移渠道。

The level of military and civilian integration in defense industry includes the level of breadth, arrangement and depth, build the evaluation index system of defense industry civil-military integration level, and through the relevant index weight to calculate the corresponding evaluation index.
