摘要
在中国情境下,基于对273家企业的问卷调查,探讨了差错取向与团队性绩效考核对知识共享行为的作用机理。结果表明,正向差错取向显著正向影响团队性绩效考核与知识共享行为;在差错取向对知识共享行为的影响中,团队性绩效考核发挥部分中介作用。
Situation in China, based on a questionnaire survey of 273 enterprises, explore the error orientation and teambased performance appraisal mechanism of knowledge sharing behaviors. Research shows that the? positive error orientation has a positive effect on team-based performance appraisal and the knowledge sharing behaviors. Besides, the teambased performance appraisal plays an inter-mediation role on the effect where error orientation has put on the knowledge sharing behaviors.
